I would say it's characterized by a more citric acidity, due to the Riesling, but the Pinot Blanc, with extended elevage, adds a more nutty, briochyness to it, and this combination makes it quite energetic, yet insanely refined and elegant. Second fermentation done with fresh juice from the following vintage to make it a 100% natural, fucking delicious, wish there was enough to drink on the daily.
