In Autumn 2018 I spent some days with Marto at his winery in Flonheim. We drove out to the meadows, collected some apples and decided to make our own Cider.
We always had a bottle when I was around. It kind of was our Haustrunk! The Cider changed a lot every time we tried and got better from year to year.
When we tried it again earlier this year, we were amazed by its divine taste. And decided to give you a taste of our friendship as well! :-)
It will remind you more of a norman cider than a german one. The time it had in bottle makes the taste super mature and unique.
