Our Fizzy is bottled conviviality. It consists of Scheurebe, Bacchus and Müller-Thurgau – a sparkling version of the Weiss. Last year we wrote: Tastes like a juicy herbal lemonade.
Imagine an apricot and lemon-infused Almdudler without sugar. And the 2021 follows up on that taste and feeling. The petnat finished fermentation on the bottle, was slightly disgorged and is therefore only explosive when it comes to its flavors. Serious fun!
