Seven different grape varieties - all classics from Flonheim, Rheinhessen - were mash fermented for two weeks. After that Marto put the juice in old oak barrels and let it rest for almost a year.
Unfiltered and cloudy, crazy notes, some say tropical fruits. Though it has a complex structure it is really easy to drink - just keep it cold and enjoy a bottle. :-)
