Alannas wine debut reloaded. Still epic!
Her idea was to create a german style Lambrusco. She took Dornfelder and Sylvaner grapes, put her magic power in it and it really turned out to be a german style Lambrusco.
Less tannins this year due to shorter maceration & a bit more of directed press dornfelder.
Most enjoyable summer drink ever. Still verrry sparkling but not as explosive as last year. Keep it cold and enjoy! <3
